This Website is owned and operated, and fundraising services will be provided, by Your Jet Life.
The associated raffle activity is conducted for the Beneficiary.
The Beneficary is registered as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and endorsed as a deductible gift recipient (DGR) with the Australian Taxation Office.
These terms and conditions apply to Your Jet Life and the associated raffle activity conducted for the Beneficiary.
Use of terms ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ refers to Your Jet Life.
The use of the term ‘you’ refers to you as the Customer.

By purchasing a subscription, you are agreeing we may debit your credit card every month in the sum agreed. You will then receive tickets for each raffle we run on behalf of your chosen charity. You can stop this subscription service at any time by contacting us.
In the event payment for your purchase is received after the draw has taken place, then you will automatically be entered into the next draw. If you do not want to be entered in the next draw, please contact us within five (5) business days of your order being processed, so we can issue a refund. Contact us. Refunds will only be issued in circumstances where the draw has not already taken place. A request for a refund must be submitted to Customer Support and we reserve the sole right to reject or approve the refund request.
Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with any Trade Promotion Prize Draw must be resolved individually and not by any form of class action. All entrants to a Your Jet Life Promotion Prize Draw agree to participate in alternative dispute resolution, including but not limited to mediation, regarding any and all disputes, claims and causes of action before resorting to the commencement of legal proceedings.
